Poorly Built Refuge, non-normalized intersection

Refuge at north end of the pedestrian light is very narrow and poorly built, posing a hazard for school children. Students have to cross extra right-turn leg. The crossing of the right-turn lane is unmarked and not properly aligned, leading to cars often blocking the curb access on the north side.

The refuge has been rehabilitated, and the crossing of the right turn lane has been realigned, alleviating some of the crossing hazards.
