Traffic speed W. 16 Ave. - reduce to 50 KPH & 30 KPH at crossings

There have been numerous attempts by UNA, UBC Campus Planning, & residents to reduce traffic speed and adopt a Safe Systems approach on W. 16 Ave. Most recent response from MOTI was to increase the 50KPH zone at the new crossing by 100m. The 70 KPH zone west of Blanca remains. How do we coordinate efforts to appeal to MOTI? Thanks. - Tom
