Please create separate bike path

It's not a good situation to combine a bike path with a walking path anywhere, but to do it in combination with an off-leash dog park is just a recipe for accidents. I've witnessed a number of such accidents and am always fearful for my dogs well-being when 'commuter' cyclists come screaming along the paths at well over the posted 15 km/h speed limit. The solution is to create a dedicated bike path closer to the road, far away from the walkers and their dogs.
