Fully extend separated bike lane

As of now, the separated bike lane along Wesbrook Mall only extends from University Boulevard to Thunderbird Ave, cutting off halfway down the road to the Hampton Place and Wesbrook Village developments, home to a dense neighborhood with otherwise decent access to campus, as well as an important commercial area and University Hill Secondary School. As of right now, cyclists travelling between Thunderbird and 16th Ave must use a painted bike lane along an arterial road, with busses and other motor vehicle traffic travelling at high speed, potential dooring conflicts along areas with curbside parking, and poorly maintained pavement often covered in debris. Completing the separated cycling lane would go a long way towards resolving these issues.
